» Practice Concentration & Experience
After clerking for a Lane County Circuit Court Judge for one year, David “Jake” Jacobs joined Luvaas Cobb as an associate in 1994. He became a shareholder in 2000. His practice focuses on civil trial work, including insurance defense, commercial and construction litigation, and varied plaintiff work. He has handled many types of cases including personal injury and property damage claims, construction defect and mold cases, products liability, business disputes, collections, claims involving estates, unlawful trade practices, and Lemon Law cases (including motor home cases).
