» Practice Concentration & Experience
Lann Leslie’s practice has focused on civil trial work for more than 20 years. He handles mostly insurance defense cases, but he also represents clients with claims for personal injury and professional negligence. His litigation experience involves many areas of the law, including:
Personal injury claims: Products liability; toxic tort; aviation; commercial and governmental liability; child sex abuse; vehicle accidents
Real estate/environmental: Chemical and timber trespass; groundwater and petroleum contamination; boundary disputes
Professional liability: Hospital, physician, engineer, architect, real estate and insurance agent malpractice
Construction defects: Including mold and hazardous materials contamination
Consumer law/class actions: Fraud, trade practices, predatory lending and breach of warranty claims

Lann is admitted to practice in all Oregon state and federal courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar Association, Lane County Bar Association and Oregon Association of Defense Counsel.
