Erin A. Fennerty

Whether the help a client needs is easy, complicated, or somewhere in between, Erin’s legal skills are as adaptive as they are tireless. “It’s my goal,” she says, “to assist each of my clients in the most fair, efficient and expeditious way possible.”

Born in Alaska, Erin moved to Astoria, Oregon as a young child. After moves to Salt Lake City for college and later to the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Erin made her way back to the Pacific Northwest and joined Luvaas Cobb as an associate in 2008. On January 1, 2015, Erin became a shareholder with the firm.

Erin brings tremendous energy to the work she does on civil litigation matters, including insurance defense, personal injury law, business disputes, landlord-tenant, real estate transactions, and varied plaintiff work. She is also Luvaas Cobb’s domestic relations and family law attorney.

Erin is admitted to practice in all Oregon state and federal courts and the U.S. Tax Court. She is a member of the Oregon State Bar, Lane County Bar Association, American Bar Association and Oregon Women Lawyers. She will begin working as an adjunct professor on the subject of school law at Northwest Christian University in the fall of 2010.

An avid runner, she has completed both the Marine Corp. Marathon and the Eugene Marathon. She also enjoys long-distance hiking, backpacking, camping, spoiling her two children, and trying to cultivate, “so far fairly unsuccessfully,” her green thumb.
