Raised in Eastern Oregon, Jessica came to Eugene in 2002 to attend law school. She first came to Luvaas Cobb as a clerk during her third year of law school. After graduating in 2005, she had the opportunity to clerk for the Honorable Mary Ann Bearden, presiding judge of the Lane County Circuit Court. She joined Luvaas Cobb as an associate in 2006 and became a shareholder in 2014.
Jessica is admitted to practice in Oregon. She is a member of the Oregon State Bar, Lane County Bar Association (Probate Section Leader Secretary, 2006-2008), American Bar Association, Oregon Women Lawyers, Eugene Estate Planning Council, and the Eugene-Springfield Tax Association.
