Luvaas Cobb represents radio and television stations throughout the United States. In the field of broadcast law we assist a variety of clients with various license applications, regulatory approvals and numerous rulemaking proceedings before the FCC.
The firm also serves as general counsel to the Oregon Association of Broadcasters, and is active in representing their interests before the state legislature. Our client base extends from single-station licensees to major market group owners, as well as non-commercial and religious broadcasters. Our services include:
• Transactional work, including contract negotiations, drafting commercial transaction documents as well as rendering opinions in connection with various transfers, assignments and financing of broadcast clients.
• Participation in regulatory and legislative proceedings as well as in responding to FCC inquiries, investigations and enforcement actions.

• Representation of clients in numerous rulemaking proceedings before the FCC.
