Having discovered the legal field by accident in 1980 and finding it to be a good fit, Jackie is proud to have worked for only three firms, and never less than 12 years at each firm. She has been fortunate that all her employer firms have been family friendly, flexible, and supportive.
Jackie's knowledge and resourcefulness have allowed her the berth to work independently and also be part of a team.
Jackie grew up primarily in Illinois. She moved to Eugene from Yakima, Washington in 1974 when her family returned to Illinois. She began her legal assistant career in 1980 and eventually joined Luvaas Cobb in 2013.
Jackie and her husband have 40 acres, two dogs, and two energetic grandsons. They like to travel and attend sporting events. Needless to say, she is very busy when not at the office.
