Julie Cartmill has worked in the legal field since 1979 and joined Luvaas Cobb in 1992 as a legal assistant to Varner Jay Johns, III. In 2008, she also begin providing support to associate Jessica A. Rogers. Both attorneys specialize in real estate, corporate law, probate and estate planning and are quick to acknowledge that Julie’s skills help them more effectively meet the needs of their clients.
Julie is married with four children in varying ages from 6 to 42 years old. She is a firm believer “that age sets no limits in life,” and adopted her youngest child at the age of 55. When not at the firm, Julie loves spending time with her children and maintaining her extensive rose garden – from which she displays fresh vases of flowers on her desk all season long.
