While attending college, Annette Fergason began her legal career working for a sole practitioner who was getting ready to retire and needed someone to wrap up the office affairs. The interest in the law field sparked and Annette continued on after that short tenure. She has worked for five other firms in Eugene before settling in at Luvaas Cobb in late 2010.
Having worked in a variety of fields of the law, including estate planning, domestic relations, real property, collections, bankruptcy and corporate structure, Annette now works side-by-side with Eric DeFreest and Joe Richards doing civil litigation and municipal law.
Annette’s outside interests include spending time with her furry critters, Jazzercise, motorcycle riding, snowmobiling and enjoying the outdoors. Her joie de vivre was clearly evident when she celebrated a “significant” birthday, by jumping out of a perfectly good airplane to see what kind of thrill it would bring!
